INTO Single-Use Assemblies - making bioprocess easier

Do you represent biopharma, biotech, R&D or a similar field? Then you might be interested in single-use assemblies. They are designed to make bioprocessing much easier.

When compared to traditional reusable assemblies, single-use assemblies have many advantages. They simplify preparation, set-up, testing, validation, and documentation processes. This results in saving time and costs.

INTO single-use assemblies come preassembled. At customer’s request they may come in a different readiness level.

With INTO Single-Use Assamblies you can have:
  • Existing assemblies fully customized
  • Conversion of the existing multi-use assemblies
  • Every point of the existing assembly changed (tube type, fittings, connectors, filters) or modified (configuration, dimensions)
  • Sterilized (Gamma irradiation) or non-sterilized options

Single-use assemblies are used to replace multi-use parts of the most common steps of the bioprocess – intermediate connections between two sequential process steps, filling, distribution, filtration, sampling, and waste collection.

Top-class components from worldwide-known brands are used for our INTO single-use assemblies. All components are tested and meet the USP <88> Biological Reactivity test for class VI plastics.
